New Breed engages certain third parties ("subprocessors") to assist in delivering services to our customers. This page lists the subprocessors that may access or process Customer Personal Data as defined in our Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), including subcontractors that perform services on New Breed's behalf.
As described in Section 5 of the DPA, New Breed provides 30 days' advance written notice before engaging a new subprocessor, by email to the Customer notice address set forth in the applicable Statement of Work. Customers may object to a new subprocessor within 10 days of receiving notice.

Account-specific subcontractors
New Breed may engage subcontractors to perform services on specific customer engagements. Where a subcontractor will access or process Customer Personal Data on a customer's engagement, New Breed identifies that subcontractor, its processing location, and the services it performs to the affected customer directly, in the applicable Statement of Work or by written notice under Section 5 of the DPA. Customers may request a list of the subcontractors engaged on their account at any time by contacting security@newbreedrevenue.com.
Subprocessor Security
New Breed reviews each subprocessor's security documentation and data protection terms as part of our vendor management process. Subprocessors are bound by written agreements imposing data protection obligations substantially the same as those in the DPA, as described in Section 5.3 of the DPA. Artificial intelligence subprocessors are engaged under terms that prohibit use of Customer Personal Data for model training, as described in Section 12 of the DPA.
Data processing agreements or equivalent data protection documentation from subprocessors are available upon request at security@newbreedrevenue.com.
Data processing locations
Subprocessors listed on this page process data primarily in the United States. Where a provider processes data in other locations, it does so under its own data transfer safeguards. Customers with Customer Personal Data subject to cross-border transfer restrictions should notify New Breed as described in Section 7 of the DPA.
Changes to this list
New Breed updates this list when subprocessors are added or removed. Each update is reflected in the "last updated" date above and notified to customers as described in Section 5 of the DPA.
For questions about our subprocessors, or to object to a new subprocessor, contact security@newbreedrevenue.com.
